Below are the operational activities planned for the year 2022.

ТОГТМОЛ ТӨЛӨВЛӨГДСӨН ҮЙЛ АЖИЛЛАГААНЫ ТАЙЛБАР

A. HАPPY HOUR

The aim of the activity is to introduce new members of the team who have newly entered the crew during the month, improve internal communication, provide relevant information, and spend time together productively and with fun.

Rules of organizing: Any topic related to profession and employment, such as establishment and career development, can be discussed. Everyone is welcome. Contribution fee: 500,000 MNT.

B. ERXES TRAINING

The aim of the activity: Provide detailed information about the ERXES platform to all members of the team

Rules for organizing: Every first week of the month, there is a meeting at the ERXES's office at 8:30 am in the conference room on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Depending on the number of attendees, attendants can join virtually and physically as well. Not only everyone is welcome who wants to receive information about the ERXES platform, but also newly entered crew members are required to attend.

C. ANNUAL RETREAT 2022

The aim of the activity: To elevate the overall community culture and atmosphere, and to promote relationships and collaboration in between, and work together."

Rules for organizing: The organizing team will make preparations and manage the event. All members of the team are required to attend. The event will be held from August 26 to 28, 2022, and the location will be confirmed later.

D. THE NEW YEAR 2022

The aim of the activity: To strengthen understanding within the entire team, enhance cooperation and collaboration, increase productivity, and rehab the achievements for the year."

Rules for organizing: The organizing team will make preparations and manage the event. All members of the team are required to attend. The meeting will be held on December 23-24, 2022, during which we will discuss the team's current status and set plans for the future. 

E. OTHER ACTIVITIES

To reserve a sports hall: At the NCP Sports Complex hall located between 11:00-13:00 at each Bayanzurkh garage, the organizer Batukha (Bat-Amgalan). 

Hiking: Every Saturday. The location and related information will be provided in advance. Family members are always welcome to join. The organizer - Ishka (Tseveen-Ochir). 

Tennis: On every Saturday and Sunday from 17:00 to 19:30, At the Star Center of Modnii-2.  The organizer  - Bat-erdene. 

Dota team: The competition will be held once a season and all related information will be shown in advance. The organizer Miigaa (Mygmarsuren A).
