How to decline an event you've been invited to?

If you can't attend an event/meeting/standup, please decline the event and leave a note on reasons why you're available. Please follow these steps:

When you create any kind of documents with Google and you want to share with others, please make sure you update the Sharing settings:

Also, you can give them access to Edit the document. The above screenshot shows the settings as "Anyone with the link" can view as a "Viewer". If you want other to edit, you choose "Editor" instead of "Viewer".
