We use erxes EXM (Employee Expierence Management) system to make sure your journey with erxes to be the pleasant as possible. To have complete experience with erxes, you need to fill out your complete data to erxes EXM.

You must insert your the following information:

• First name:
• Short name: 
• Birthday:
• Postion:
• Description:
• Join date:
• Phone:

Additionally, you can fill out this additional information to get engaged with other activities:

• Life:
• Entertaiment:
• Music:
• Movie:
• Coin:
• Sport:
• Games:

Also, you also need to fill the following information to HR:

• Direct manager:
• Vacation days you wish:

To download the EXM on your phone using the following direction:

1. First download the app:

• ANDROID: Play Store -> erxes XOS
• IPHONE: App Store -> erxes XOS

1. Sign-in

1. Click the sign-in
2. Then click the “Sign in to your server”
3. Then click “Add new server”
4. On the URL section write “office.erxes.io” then hit “Next”
5. Then use your office.erxes.io login credentials

1. Editing profile info:

1. After signing in click on the left top avatar icon
2. Then click on the “View Profile”
3. Then Hit the right top “Edit” icon
