5. Rules of Performance evaluation

- Our salary is made up of the following 3 factors.
- Performance + Promotion + Annual Increment
- Performance + Level + Loyalty From this
The bonus for years of service is calculated automatically for each year of service in the company. At the beginning of each year, the accountant calculates the annual increase based on the years of service and gives you the basic salary for that year.
A grade is a team member's ability assessment, and you have the opportunity to improve your ability assessment in consultation with your direct management every 3 months.
Performance is assessed every 15 days by your direct supervisor based on your work performance.
