How to create tickets

home INTRODUCTION
With tickets, you can organize your customer inquiries in one place and track trends over time. You can create individual tickets from your ticket index page, a contact record, or a conversations inbox.
To create a ticket:
- In your erxes account, navigate to Ticket.
- At the top bar of the dashboard, choose
- Ticket board: the Customer Happy Team
- Ticket pipeline: erxes tickets
- On the new ticket stage, click add a ticket.
- At the popup, you can enter your ticket details:
- Ticket name: describe this ticket in a short sentence.
- Priority: from the drop-down option, determine the issue's priority as it impacts the customer's business or productivity.
- Label: from the drop-down option, you will choose what type of service request you are reporting and on what platform.
- Bug - Web
- Bug - Mobile
- Enhancement - Web
- Enhancement - Mobile
- Feature Request - Web
- Feature Request - Mobile.
- Language: choose between MN or ENG
- Type of Tickets: From the drop-down options, choose what type of ticket report it is.
- Customer Type: From the options, choose the customer XOS platform service type.
- GitHub Type: The next set of questions will be determined by the option in the dropdown. The Bug option will introduce a set of questions that require you to give details about the issue. The Enhancement/feature request option will introduce a set of questions requiring you to give details about the feature you request.
Bug Option
- This set of questions is specifically for you to describe the issue your customer is experiencing and determine if you have all the evidence to support the report.
- Describe The Bug: This is a detailed description of the bug based on the kind of impact the experience is causing on your customer's experience.
- Reproduce: Do you have a reproduction of the issue on video? specify if you do. if not, write down the error steps as follows: 1. Go to '...'. 2. Click on '...'. 3. Scroll down to '...'. 4. See the error
- Expected Behavior: A description of what should have been expected.
- Screenshots: Post a link to a photo or video
- Context: Write which version you are checking on 1. OS: [e.g., Ubuntu 16.04] 2. Browser version
- Additional Context: any other information that you think the tech support team should have to explain or describe how or when or why the bug or issue happened.
- Click OK to submit and close the New Ticket Form.
Enhancement option
- This set of questions is specifically for you to describe the Feature/Enhancement that is being requested for the platform.
- Ticket name: describe this ticket.
- Priority: from the drop-down option, determine the issue's priority as it impacts the customer's business or productivity.
- Label: from the drop-down option you will choose what type of service request you are reporting and on what platform. The options are Bug - Web | Bug - Mobile | Enhancement - Web | Enhancement - Mobile | Feature Request - Web | Feature Request - Mobile.
- Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: What problem will you solve? Write a clear and concise description of the problem. For example. I'm always frustrated to act [...]
- Language: choose between MN or ENG.
- Describe the solution you'd like: Please describe your desired solution.
- Type of Tickets: From the drop-down options, choose what type of ticket report it is.
- Additional Context: Additional information. a link to a screenshot or video.
- Customer Type: From the options, choose the customer XOS platform service type.
- Click OK to submit and close the New Ticket Form.
